Job summary

Brulin in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in the Warehousing Department to perform a variety of duties including accurate order filling, packaging, and inventory monitoring.

You will handle receiving and shipping in accordance with ISO procedures, maintain a clean, safe work area, and support transfers, returns, and packing slips. Strong reading, math, and computer skills plus reliable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Education or equivalent education.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds routinely.
• Must have ability to read, write, solve basic math problems, and good computer skills.
• Must be able to meet physical demands such as, frequent bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, continuously on and off forklift.
• Solid communication skills

Responsibilities

• Accurately fills orders based on shipping tickets, advance notice emails or another provided format.
• Responsible for clean presentable and accurate packaging.
• Monitors inventory levels and understands product needs and priorities.
• Responsible for receiving and shipping product successfully while following ISO quality procedures and work instructions.
• Maintains clean and safe work area.
• Successfully conducts warehouse transfers, returns, location of packing slips, off-loads, and assigned re-sale items.
