Job summary

Fidelis Logistics in Olive Branch, MS seeks an energetic warehouse associate to process inbound shipments, prepare outbound pallets, and maintain accurate shipping records. You will coordinate with drivers, track loads, and use COLT/Blue Yonder to optimize workflow.

This role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and strong communication with internal teams and external partners to keep shipments on schedule and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with TMS/WMS or inventory management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track shipments.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify incoming shipments-ensure everything matches work orders.
• Prepare outgoing pallet loads and keep shipments on schedule.
• Maintain accurate shipping & receiving records-digital logs & documentation.
• Coordinate loading and unloading schedules with carriers and drivers.
• Be the main point of contact for truck drivers, vendors, and visitors.
• Use inventory management software (COLT/Blue Yonder) to optimize workflow.
• Perform pre-shift door checks, assign loads, and coordinate with forklift drivers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies (OSHA, MSDS, etc.).
• Support office management, accounting, and customer service as needed.
