Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG in Mankato, MN is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk 1 to verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments, prep items for shipment, and maintain stockroom inventory. You will perform material handling, including picking products, loading/unloading trucks, and supporting assembly lines following established procedures for inventory, quality, and safety.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and U.S.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.
Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software preferred.
Experience performing inventory cycle counts.
Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and supply materials to assembly lines and move materials between storage locations and shipping/receiving docks.
Verify and document incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing information against bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices.
Unpack, examine, and route incoming shipments; report defective materials and enter data into computer systems.
Use RF scanning equipment to complete material moves, ship products, and conduct basic inventory cycle counts.
Follow ERP, quality, safety, and environmental procedures during all shipping and receiving activities.
