Rolls-Royce is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk 1 at our Mankato, MN location. This full-time role focuses on verifying and recording incoming/outgoing shipments, preparing items for shipment, and maintaining stockroom inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will use RF scanning, follow ERP procedures, and support assembly lines while prioritizing safety and accuracy. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and experience with inventory systems and material handling

• Follow ERP, quality, safety, and environmental procedures during all shipping and receiving activities.

Position Summary

As the Shipping and Receiving Clerk 1, you will be responsible for verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing products and shipments, preparing items for shipment, and maintaining stockroom inventory. This role performs material handling functions including picking product, loading/unloading trucks, and supporting assembly lines, while following established procedures for inventory, quality, and safety.

\Basic Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent. Resident Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
• Experience performing inventory cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment.
• Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume warehouse environment.

Mental & Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. frequently.

Pay Range

Pay ranges for remote employees are based on the state where the employee resides and may vary from the posted range.
