Job summary

Staffmark Group in Frankfort, KY is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support warehousing operations. You will receive shipments, prepare outbound orders, and help maintain organized processes to ensure accurate inventory control.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and experience in shipping/receiving; familiarity with WMS and barcode scanning is a plus. Overtime may be required and a safe, collaborative work environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics is beneficial.
• Ability to accurately complete shipping/receiving documentation.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through prompt and accurate responses.
• Send Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) to customers.
• Process ship confirmations and shipment documentation.
• Print and distribute kanbans to Material Handlers.
• Prepare and distribute packing lists and bills of lading.
• Monitor back-order reports and short shipments.
• Complete daily documentation and labeling for inventory control.
• Scan shipping and receiving documents for records.
• Scan incoming mail to accounting systems.
• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
