Job summary

Nexus Brands Group is seeking an experienced Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our Amazon prep team in Fairfield, TX. You will build and prep large, palletized orders for shipment to Amazon warehouses, working in a team environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role pays $17.00 to $17.50 per hour, requires safety gear, and involves physical duties in a non-climate-controlled environment. Regular hours are Mon-Fri with seasonal adjustments as listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must provide steel-toed shoes to comply with safety regulations.
• Satisfactory results of a background check.
• Ability to show up and be on time to scheduled shifts.

We are seeking a hard-working, detail oriented, self-starter to add to our warehouse family.

Position Overview

We are currently searching for an experienced Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our Amazon prep team who build and prep large, palletized orders, for shipment to Amazon warehouses. The ideal candidate is a capable self-starter who is resourceful in solving problems with minimal direction and thrives in a challenging yet fun, team environment.

$17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Job Environment and Requirements

Environment:

This role requires working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment where there is exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures.

Working Hours:

Must be willing and able to adhere to the work schedule:

• Regular: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Summer: Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts are essential and required

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
