• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve delays or issues.
• Prepare orders for shipment with labeling, packing, and freight organization.
• Maintain records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels according to SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure efficient operations.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
