• Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Generate and verify shipping paperwork and information.
• Maintain files and paperwork for orders, shipments, and receipts.
• Enter and verify data for orders, shipments, and adjustments in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy of receiving/shipping documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle other clerical duties and overtime as needed.
