ManpowerGroup in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a 1st shift Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Distribution to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will work Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM), with safety as a priority, use FedEx/UPS portals, and operate WMS to ensure accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

• Some parcel shipping experience with FedEx/UPS portals.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Ability to read customer orders and apply basic math.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform shipping and receiving, dispatch parcels via FedEx/UPS and portals.
• Assist inventory management, cycle counting, and stock replenishment.
• Unload trucks and handle materials safely and efficiently.
• Use Voice/RF devices to locate and track inventory items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, compliant work environment.

As a vital member of the distribution department, you will support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling operations. Job Title: 1st shift Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Distribution

Location: Cedarburg, WI

Pay Range: $18- $19

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

• Perform shipping and receiving functions, including preparing and dispatching parcels using FedEx, UPS, and other shipping portals
• Assist with inventory management, cycle counting, and stock replenishment to ensure accuracy and availability
• Unload trucks and handle materials efficiently, maintaining safety and organization standards
• Utilize Voice/RF devices for precise tracking and location of inventory items
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment adhering to all regulatory standards

What's Needed?

• Some parcel shipping experience, including familiarity with FedEx and UPS portals
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
