Job Description

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk position creates bills of lading for the shipment of material. The Clerk creates receivers for incoming material and enters them into the appropriate computer system, as well as prepares material identification tags as needed. The S & R Clerk may identify inventory shortages and pull work orders to replenish necessary stock.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience operating a forklift required; overhead crane experience is a huge plus.
• General knowledge of ancillary lifting devices preferred.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to inspect material for quality conformance using measuring devices and drawings.
