Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 日々の出荷を受領・検証し、伝票と照合して適切な場所へ搬送します。
• ERPシステムを用いた出荷・受領・在庫管理を実行します。
• 小口荷物の出荷手続きと内部伝票の処理を行います。
• UPS・FedExなどの出荷システムをクローズアウトし、日次レポートを作成します。
• 配送業者による集荷手配を行います。
• 出荷物の梱包・伝票の添付を行います。
• 出荷日程に従って注文の優先順位を付け、発送準備を整えます。
• 内部・外部の配送書類を作成します。）

As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk you will be responsible and accountable for ensuring prompt and accurate shipment of our products and verifying incoming shipments to ensure total customer satisfaction.

This role works from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and requires a moderate amount of overtime throughout the week and sometimes on Saturdays.

RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION

Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:

• Receive and verify daily shipments from small package services and various truck deliveries: match purchase order with slip, enter information into computer, and deliver to appropriate area.
• Prepare all shipping, receiving, and inventory functions on ERP system.
• Ship small package service packages by completing necessary information on form.
• Complete internal air bill, bill-of-ladings, and other documents.
• Close out UPS and Federal Express shipping systems and run daily reports.
• Arrange for packages to be picked up by carriers.
• Wrap packages for shipment and attach invoice.
• Prioritize and organizes orders to be shipped according to ship dates.
• Package and addresses material for shipping.
• Complete internal and external shipping documents.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• High School education or GED equivalent is required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment or Packaging is preferred
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
