• Ability to quickly read, learn, and understand standard operating and safety procedures.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry 30 to 50 pounds independently, and up to 70 pounds occasionally with team assistance.
• Team player with a good attitude and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to include oral, written, and interpersonal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Load pallets of merchandise by wave.
• Unload pallets of merchandise onto conveyor for sortation.
• Load cartons and fixtures onto trailers.
• Sort and scan non-conveyable merchandise onto a bill of lading.
• Load non-conveyable merchandise and mail bags onto trailers.
• Off-load inbound merchandise from trailers.
• Inspect for damage or loss in all inbound cartons of merchandise.
• Perform inbound validation, when applicable.

Starting wage: $15.50/ hour + Benefits

Hours: 1st Shift: Monday -- Friday, 6:45am-3:15pm (fulltime) + overtime

About the Role:
