About the Role:

As a Forklift Operator in Training, you’ll play a vital role in locating, retrieving, and stocking merchandise using the various types of trucks at the facility.

What You’ll Do:

• Locate pallets of merchandise in push‑back racks and deliver pallets to the shipping department
• Retrieve pallets of merchandise from the shipping department and stock merchandise in push‑back racks
• Use hand‑held scanner to accurately locate and stock merchandise

Order Picker Operator:

• Locate cases of merchandise in high‑bay racks and quick‑pick racks and manually place products on conveyor
• Manually retrieve cases of merchandise from reserve storage department and stock cases in high‑bay racks and quick‑pick racks
• Use hand‑held scanner to accurately locate and stock merchandise

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• A few years of warehouse/factory experience preferred
• Able to work at heights up to 24 feet
• Able to quickly read, learn, and understand standard operating and safety procedures
• Able to frequently lift and carry 30 to 50 pounds independently, and up to 70 pounds occasionally with team assistance
• Team player with a good attitude and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to include oral, written, and interpersonal
• Able to multitask and prioritize efficiently
