Frank's Supply Company is a major supplier of construction tools and equipment with a focus on both sales and rental. We are currently seeking a qualified SHIPPING & RECEIVING CLERK for our El Paso, TX location.

OBJECTIVE

This position assists the entire organization by ensuring accurate inventory, timely shipments, and well-maintained showrooms, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain records of all incoming shipments, checking shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
2. Receive and package UPS shipments using the UPS labeling system.
3. Ensure merchandise is stored in the proper area of the warehouse.
4. Pull merchandise for customer will-call and store transfers, completing all associated paperwork.
5. Load and/or unload freight trucks and properly stage merchandise for receiving.
6. Load customer merchandise.
7. Coordinate with inside sales for stocking the showroom.
8. Perform general housekeeping as needed in the warehouse and showroom.
9. Adhere to all governmental, company, and equipment-related safety requirements.

Qualified applicants will have

1. Good reading, comprehension, and math skills.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. Good customer service and communication skills.
4. The ability to consistently lift packages up to 50 pounds.
5. Proficiency in using all job support tools.
6. The ability to operate forklifts, hand trucks, and material handling equipment.
7. Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
8. 1 - 5 years of experience.
