Supplement Logistics, a Dietary Supplement manufacturer in the Phoenix metro area, is seeking a dependable Shipping/Receiving Clerk. The role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work well in a team. Salary starts at $17/hr with room to grow based on experience.

The position is full-time, day shift, and requires a valid AZ driver’s license. A background check is mandatory and benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) matching, Life Insurance, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the Phoenix Metro Valley.
• 1 year shipping/receiving experience.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
• Valid AZ Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Background check is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shipping and Receiving Supervisor with all warehouse duties and data entry.
• Complete documentation for shipping, receiving, inspections and storage locations.
• Communicate with other departments and management as needed.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Receive and stage deliveries into Warehouse.
• Inspect pallets and contents on inbound deliveries.
• Deliver and stage production materials as needed.
• Stage all inbound orders accordingly and maintain organization.

Salary/Pay: $17/hr and up depending on experience

Hours: Day shift, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting Shipping and Receiving Supervisor with all aspects of warehouse duties with an emphasis on completing required documentation and data entry.

Duties:

• Complete all documentation for shipping, receiving, inspections and storage location.
• Communicate with other departments and management as needed.
• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift and pallet jack
• Receive and Stage deliveries into Warehouse.
• File and upscale the completion of freight claims.
• Inspection of Pallet and Contents on Inbound deliveries.
• Inspect and Sign off Forklift daily.
• Deliver and stage production materials as needed.
• Execute projects as required.
• Manual Wrap and Tagging of Pallets and Drums.
• Stage all inbound orders accordingly. (Department Specific)
• Clean and Organize Warehouse areas.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Gmail, Word and Google Sheets.
• Highly organized, detail oriented and ability to multitask.
• Valid AZ Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year shipping/receiving experience.
• Forklift Certified Preferred but not required.
• Ability to: be active for 8hrs a day, to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hours a day, to stoop, bend or reach as necessary. to lift, push/pull and move up to 65lbs.
