Job summary

ACI is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for the Oshkosh, WI facility on 2nd shift or weekend shifts. You will receive inbound materials, package goods for shipment, and complete necessary paperwork.

You will document inventory movements using our computer system, participate in forklift certification, and uphold safety practices. ACI offers comprehensive benefits, growth opportunities, and a family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and receiving preferred.
• Forklift training and certification required, plus basic math, reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record inbound materials.
• Package and prepare finished goods, work in process and other materials for shipment.
• Accurately document all information required in shipping and receiving activities.
• Document inventory movements and complete correct computer entries for inventory transactions.
• Complete forklift certification and practice safe material handling.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive and record computer entries for all inbound materials.
• Package and prepare finished goods, work in process and other materials for shipment.
• Perform necessary identification and paperwork in connection with shipments or receiving.
• Accurately document all information required in shipping and receiving activities.
• Accurately document all inventory and inventory movements and complete correct computer entries for all inventory transactions.
• Successfully complete ACI’s forklift certification program.
• Practice safe and alert material handling.
• Other duties as assigned.
