Job summary

Advanced Coatings, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate for the weekend shift at our Oshkosh, WI facility. You will load/unload parts, hang items for paint, perform visual inspections, and accurately document inventory movements while maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math/reading/writing skills, and strong time management with reliable attendance. Prior shop experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of parts on the paint line and or wash lines
• Hangs parts in accordance with proper methods and colors to ensure ease of painting
• Visually check parts for defects/craftsmanship
• Accurately document all physical inventory movements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Individual will act as paint relief support for breaks and lunch
• Completes necessary identification, paperwork, and quality inspections
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements
