Job summary

Ditch Witch West in Tukwilla, WA is seeking a Shipping & Warehouse Clerk to join our team. You will ensure parts are prepared, receive shipments, and support customers and technicians with timely parts availability.

Responsibilities include inventory control, order picking, packing, shipping, and coordinating with vendors. This role offers competitive pay and a focus on teamwork and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds consistently.
• Computer proficiency including emailing vendors and using internal systems.
• Ability to package orders, use shipping software and set up for pick-up.
• Forklift experience preferred.

• Sort small packages and unload freight from LTL trucks.
• Check-in freight, match packing slips to parts, and receive parts into the computer.
• Stage parts for customers or technicians.
• Place stock orders from several vendors.
• Pick orders for customers and technicians.
• Ship out parts to customers and other dealers.
• Call customers to notify them their parts are in.
• Maintain warehouse inventory, counts, and history.
• Keep the warehouse clean.
• Assist with parts counter as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Ensure that the warehouse is organized and parts are ready to be pulled.

• Stage these parts for our customers or our technicians.
• Place stock orders from several different vendors.
• Pick orders for customers and the technicians.
• Ship out parts to customers and other dealers.
• Call customers to let them know their parts are in.
• Maintain the inventory in our warehouse, including checking counts and researching history.
• Keep our warehouse clean.
• Assist with parts counter as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Able to lift 50 pounds consistently.
• Computer proficiency, including the ability to email venders, learn our internal computer systems, and use a computer to schedule packages for pick up.
• Ability to package orders, use shipping software and set up for pick-up.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parts and service team, in an effort to keep customers and technicians supplied with parts.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Compensation: $20-30/hr (Depending on Experience)
