Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate I to handle shipping/receiving tasks, data entry, and material movement at the Agawam site. You will operate forklifts, manage paperwork, and use ERP for receiving and shipping documentation.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and ability to read orders. Onsite schedule is Mon-Fri with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in a high-volume manufacturing/shipping environment preferred.
• Proficient in basic math and measurements; able to read simple orders and records.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift (stand-up or sit-down), pallet jack, bander and shrink wrap machine.
• Manage shipping/receiving data entry and documentation; run shipments and receiving reports.
• Use ERP system to locate parts, receive against POs, generate related reports.
