Philpac Corporation in Kenmore, NY is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. You will pull orders from inventory, operate a forklift, and prepare shipments while keeping accurate counts and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

We offer competitive wages starting at $18.00 per hour plus a full benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, and paid time off. A High School diploma or GED and 2+ years in a warehouse are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a warehouse.
• Minimum of two years forklift operation experience.
• Understanding of corrugated materials from previous experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks.
• Pull orders from inventory to meet customer needs.
• Perform inventory control, including periodic physical inventory counts.
• Move materials to optimize available space.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all company procedures and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
