Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC in Carson, CA is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. You will receive, inspect, and process shipments, prepare outbound orders for shipping, and perform data entry in warehouse management systems and customer portals.

Forklift capabilities are a plus, with emphasis on accuracy and organization. The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, starting at $21 per hour with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

Forklift capabilities are a plus.
Able to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of CFS operations and air/ocean receiving a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; knowledge of parcel and LTL receiving.
Perform accurate data entry in warehouse management systems and customer portals.
Track shipments and update records as needed.
Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding order status, shipping updates, and delivery issues.
Maintain organized inventory and warehouse areas.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
