Shipping & Receiving Associate — 1st Shift, Path to Perm

Job description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established manufacturer of construction testing equipment who is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join their team. This is a contract position with some possibility of being hired permanently working 1^st shift Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare outgoing shipments, including:
  • Printing shipping labels
  • Packing products securely
  • Shipping via UPS and FedEx
  • Loading trucks
• Assist with receiving incoming materials and products
• Accurately use computer systems for shipping and inventory-related tasks
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse
• Work collaboratively with a small warehouse team

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs
• Stand-up forklift experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills required
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass drug test and background check
