White Cap is seeking a Receiving Associate in Texas to help receive, count, store, and track items using company software. You will work closely with purchasing and shipping vendors to resolve issues and ensure accurate inventory records.

The role involves moving products, assisting with stock control, and following company policies. Prior forklift experience and knowledge of Oracle are a plus; 0–2 years experience is common for this entry-level position.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in receiving or warehouse roles.
• Experience with inventory tracking systems is preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Receives, counts and stores items.
• Records receiving data using a computer and company software.
• Packs, unpacks, and marks stock items properly and accurately.
• Identifies incorrect or short shipped items and notifies supervisor.
• Communicates with shipping vendors to resolve delivery issues.
• Delivers products, supplies and equipment to the correct designated area.
• Works closely with purchasing to track shortages for late/slow delivery.
• Files purchase orders correctly based on company policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
