Role Overview

The SRW Operator is responsible for warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, deliveries, stock coordination, documentation, and storage of surplus inventory. They also package finished goods and prepare orders for shipment. The role may include serving as a lead worker, distributing supplies, and other related duties.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Follow safety and environmental protocols
  • Operate equipment safely
  • Support effective operations to add value to customers
  • Assist in training and cross-training team members
  • Deliver orders within the facility
  • Manage returns of canceled or damaged items
  • Possibility of forklift license, issued by Mitsubishi
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-2 years in shipping and receiving
  • 2 years in manufacturing
  • Forklift experience
Knowledge
  • Proficiency with woodworking tools and pneumatic guns
  • Math skills, including tape measure and metric system
Skills
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Legible handwriting
  • Quality-focused, organized, self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and in teams

Physical Requirements

  • Push/pull with carts or pallet jacks
  • Lift up to 30 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally, 75 lbs rarely
Additional Information
