Job summary

Diamond Precision is seeking a Shipping & Receiving role in Wisconsin. Responsibilities include gathering, inspecting, packing crates and boxes, attaching shipping labels, and assisting in loading and distribution of materials. The team uses a forklift and pallet jack, and maintains a clean, organized shipping area.

Work hours are 1st shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with some weekend flexibility. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Must have good visual inspection of incoming and outgoing products and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow through skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal to no supervision.
• Use basic material handling equipment safely, such as hand trucks and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and Receiving is responsible for gathering, checking and packing crates and boxes.
• Attaching shipping information on all customer shipments.
• Assisting in loading, unloading and distribution of materials, supplies and shipments.
• Inform lead, quality personnel or supervisor of any quality issues discovered.
• Ensure shipping materials/supplies are maintained for timely and efficient shipments.
• Clean and organize shipping/packaging area.

Location: Johnson Creek, WI

Employment Type: 1st shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday. Flexible, plus some weekends as needed.

• Shipping & Receiving personnel are responsible for informing their lead, quality personnel or a supervisor if any quality issues are discovered.

• Cleaning and organizing shipping/packaging area.
