Job summary

Valence in Grove, Oklahoma is seeking a shipping/receiving associate. The role handles unloading incoming materials, verifying packing slips against purchase orders, and processing potential returns in a production environment.

Responsibilities include inspecting shipments for damages, logging inventory, and operating equipment such as dollies and pallet jacks. Adherence to safety and quality standards is essential.

• 6 months shipping/receiving experience in a production environment.

• Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received.
• Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.
• May operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment
• Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
