We are seeking a Project Management role responsible for supporting and managing IT projects (Shipping & Supply Chain) for eBay CBT Shipping. The successful candidate will work closely with shipping partners to design shipping platform, design and manage system flow of shipping / supply chain projects, and provide technical support on existing shipping / supply chain projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for eBay Shipping Platform (API Consultant, Carrier Integration, Customer Service)
• Work with strategic partners to design flow for new shipping product
• Work with strategic partners to manage system integration with different carriers
• Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Project Management skills, strong customer obsession, and a proven track record of delivering results based on customer needs
• Self-starter who is excited about technology and the e-commerce environment
• Comfortable with ambiguities, conflicting priorities, and aggressive timelines
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Code skills in JAVA & SQL
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Supply Chain or Logistics/Operations experience
• Strong analytical skills and good business judgment
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English
