Aventure Staffing is seeking a dependable Shipping Worker for our Jackson, MN location. This role involves operating production machinery, maintaining logs, and keeping a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts rotate between 6am-2:30pm and 10am-6:30pm with an attendance bonus. Pay starts at $19+ per hour, with benefits and direct deposit options available. Drug screen may be required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and occasionally noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Help maintain precise logs of Inventory movement and report any discrepancies.
