Job summary

Custom Building Products in Aurora, Oregon is seeking an experienced Shipping Picker/Forklift Operator for the 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), Monday through Friday. You will move products through the production process and support multiple departments to keep operations efficient.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, RF scanning, inventory control, and following safety rules. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a forklift driving test at interview.

Qualifications

Impeccable attendance and good work ethic.
Ability to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
Proficient forklift operation up to five shelves/tacks tall; driving test will be given at interview.

Responsibilities

Move products through the production process and maintain an efficient production flow.
Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.
Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, orderly work environment.
Retrieve or put away material using a sit-down industrial forklift.
Ensure finished product meets quality standards.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Pick orders with RF scan gun.
Check orders using Warehouse Management system.
Maintain correct inventory levels.
