Job summary

c3controls is seeking a Shipping Associate I to accurately prepare customer orders for shipment in our Beaver, PA warehouse. You will pick, pack, label, and verify items, following established processes and safety procedures to ensure on-time delivery.

You'll operate pallet jacks and hand trucks, maintain shipping records in the WMS, and coordinate with carriers. The role is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of shipping/warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills or experience with WMS is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products according to order specifications.
• Prepare shipments with appropriate packing materials and labels.
• Verify items against packing slips or invoices for accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate shipping records in the WMS.
• Assist in loading packages onto trucks or arranging for carrier pickup.
• Inspect for damaged or missing items and report discrepancies.
• Keep shipping area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and receiving teams.
