Job summary

Chromalox is seeking a warehouse associate to package products, operate forklifts, and support shipping and receiving. You will ensure accurate packing, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and document material flows in the system.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 1+ year of related experience, basic Excel skills, and strong communication abilities. You will participate in TPM maintenance and continuous improvement activities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year related experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic computer software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
• Ability to read measurements and verify dimensions with various devices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load products into packages for shipment.
• Operate machines and assist with labeling for shipments.
• Review packing lists and pack containers with protective materials.
• Move materials using forklift, hand truck, or pull truck.
• Document receipts, storage, and distribution of materials.
