Job summary

Sika in Fontana, CA is seeking a dynamic Shipping Operator to join its growing Supply Chain team. You will operate a forklift, read pick lists, assemble orders, and ensure accurate receipt and shipment of goods.

Responsibilities include inspecting items, matching Bills of Lading, using RF barcode scanner, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and supporting inventory accuracy. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years manufacturing experience including forklift operation;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in a manufacturing environment with forklift experience.
• Must read numbers and English; strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift and other equipment for receiving and shipment of goods; read Pick Lists.
• Pull finished product from inventory, assemble orders and prepare for shipment.
• Receive inbound goods and transfers; verify quantities and conditions.
• Match items to Bills of Lading and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Use RF barcode scanner to put away and retrieve items; maintain clean, safe workspace.
