Job summary

Wavepoint is seeking a Warehouse Support Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments and to support efficient warehouse operations. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will generate shipping documents, coordinate with carriers, and verify shipments while maintaining accurate records and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; logistics/warehouse certs are a plus.
• Experience in shipping, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling shipments.
• Good communication and collaborative work style.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with WMS and MS Office recommended.

Responsibilities

• Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Verify shipment accuracy by inspecting items, quantities, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of shipped items and update inventory systems.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols during shipping processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve shipping issues.
