Responsibilities

• Verify and record inventory levels for outgoing shipments.
• Pick and pack items per customer orders.
• Create shipping labels with correct addresses and barcodes.
• Monitor shipments using carrier systems.
• Select shipping methods based on cost and delivery time.
• Complete shipment paperwork (invoices, packing slips).
• Pack items securely to prevent damage.
• Address shipping inquiries from customers and internal teams.
• Keep the shipping area organized and clean.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to safety.
• Wear PPE and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
