Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Accurately verifying and recording inventory levels of products to be shipped.
  • Picking and packing items according to customer orders.
  • Creating and applying shipping labels with correct addresses and barcodes.
  • Monitoring the status of outgoing shipments through carrier systems.
  • Selecting appropriate shipping methods and carriers based on cost and delivery time.
  • Completing necessary paperwork for shipments, including invoices and packing slips.
  • Properly packing items to prevent damage during transit.
  • Addressing shipping inquiries from customers and internal departments.
  • Keeping the shipping area organized and clean.
  • Contribute to HPT and participate in team-meetings.
  • Wear proper PPE and follow all set safety guidelines.
  • All other duties as assigned by Supervisor or lead designee.
