Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Shipping Manager to lead all shipping and transportation activities at our Goshen manufacturing facility. You will oversee personnel, ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT rules, and drive a culture of safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes on-time delivery, budget management, and collaboration with drivers, warehouse staff, and admin teams to meet customer and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• 5+ years in production or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and transportation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-time delivery and labor/budgets.
• Lead, train and supervise transportation staff.
• Ensure safety standards and DOT/OSHA compliance.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and equipment needs.
• Optimize shipping processes, weights and dimensions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and respond to customer requests.
