Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Lead (Contractor) to oversee daily outbound shipping, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. This role manages the shipping flow, verifies documents, and coordinates with carriers to resolve delays or issues.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in shipping/warehouse with leadership, WMS proficiency, and strong communication in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; logistics certs a plus.
• Experience: 2+ years in shipping/warehouse; leadership preferred.
• Skills: Proficient with WMS, shipping software, and MS Office; strong leadership.
• Physical: Lift up to 30 lbs; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound shipments, ensure accurate packing, labeling and on-time departure.
• Lead, train and mentor the shipping team to meet deadlines and policies.
• Collaborate with inventory and quality to address discrepancies before shipping.
• Maintain shipment records and generate daily/weekly performance reports.
• Enforce safety and regulatory compliance in all shipping activities.
