Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and analyze work orders, production schedules, and other records to determine production requirements and evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
• Follow and enforce safety rules and procedures.
• Motivate and manage a large group of employees to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders and schedules to plan staffing and production.
• Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects or malfunctions.
• Ensure products are loaded correctly and on time.
• Demonstrate procedures and assign training to new or existing employees.
• Monitor operator performance and ensure compliance with standards.
• Interpret company policies and procedures for workers.
