Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking a Shipping Manager in Houston to lead end-to-end shipping operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will oversee domestic and international logistics, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive regulatory compliance while guiding a cross-functional team.

Candidate should have 3+ years in shipping/logistics, supervisory experience, and proficiency with SAP, WMS, and shipping software.

Qualifications

Experience with inventory management systems, SAP software, and shipping documentation.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and shipping software.
Strong communication skills and ability to train, motivate, and manage team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

Knowledge of shipping regulations, carrier operations, freight coordination, and international shipping procedures.
Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and customer service departments.
Strong understanding of warehouse shipping procedures and regulatory compliance.
Analyze shipping metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Experience handling sensitive electronic components and ensuring proper packaging standards is preferred.
