Job Description

• Candidate must be able to lift 75 lbs. repeatedly and handle cabinets from assembly lines in shipping.
• Candidate must be able to operate the clamp and will rotate through all positions.
• Must work efficiently, maintain quality, and perform all other duties as assigned.
• Required to wear applicable personal protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

MasterBrand Cabinets is hiring full-time and/or part-time Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training is provided to meet or exceed production goals.

Shifts

• 1st shift hours
• 2nd shift hours
• 3rd shift hours (specific hours to be inserted)

Additional Qualifications

• Ability to read measurements and perform basic calculations.
• Proficiency with handheld tools such as pallet jacks, staple guns, glue guns, and power drills.
• Must be 18 or older, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Preferred experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments, particularly in assembly or production roles.

Selected candidates will be evaluated for various production roles based on business needs. All roles are physically demanding and require the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, push, pull, and stand for up to 10-12 hours.
