Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to supervise shipping and mending operations. The role includes training team members, managing shipments, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Two-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• 2-4 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and quality in the shipping and mending areas of the plant.
• Train and coach team partners on assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including the lot system.
• Oversee outgoing shipping activities for accuracy and completeness of shipments.
• Maintain reports and documentation of department activities.
• Ensure mended garments meet comfort, appearance, and durability standards.
• Supervise the CAN process and adherence to safety regulations.
