The position requires forklift operation, RF scanning proficiency, and strong math, organizational, and communication skills. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and a dependable team player in a 1st/2nd/3rd shift environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass forklift certificate.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Proficient with RF scanners and technical machinery.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Good organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift or hand truck.
• Use RF scanning to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow quality and customer service standards set forth by the company.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Pick, wrap and stage orders for shipment.
• Inspect and maintain forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Identify safety hazards in the workplace.
• Consolidate partial pallets for incoming goods.
