Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc is seeking an entry-level Warehouse/Material Handler in San Diego, CA for a 12-month contract. The role involves picking, packing, and shipping orders domestically and internationally, using SAP and Microsoft Office.

Shift runs 9:00 am–5:30 pm, 40 hours/week, with safety shoes required. Requires 1–3 years in materials distribution or related fields, forklift certification preferred, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1–3 years in materials distribution or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping/receiving and inventory control.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Pulls materials from inventory and prepares orders for shipment.
• Packages domestic and international orders using carrier systems.
• Maintains organized warehouse and stocking locations.
• Operates forklift when required and handles shipping documents.
• Monitors inventory and notifies supervisor of shortages or issues.
