Job summary

CHASE Staffing is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support the shipping department in Temple, GA. You will handle outgoing shipments, move materials, complete shipping paperwork, and work both indoors and outdoors.

Current schedule includes overtime: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-4:30 PM and Saturday 6:00 AM-12:00 PM; normal schedule is Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM. The role pays $15.00 per hour and offers potential for growth as a temp-to-hire position.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working outside.
• Ability to perform physical material-handling duties throughout shift.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize materials for shipment.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging shipments.
• Verify materials and shipment information for accuracy.
• Complete shipping paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Work with the shipping team to keep orders moving efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company and workplace safety procedures.
• Work outdoors as needed in changing weather conditions.
