Job summary

AUTOKINITON in Michigan is hiring a Material Handler - Shipping for the first shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM). You will handle inventories, unload/load materials, weigh items, and stage orders for delivery of automotive parts.

• Successfully complete hi-lo training program.

Responsibilities

• Inventories materials on work floor.
• Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device.
• Weighs materials or products and records weight on tags, labels or production schedules.
• Loads or unloads materials onto or off of pallets, skids or lifting device.
• Loads and unloads customer freight and empty containers.
• Prepares orders/ Stages orders for delivery.
• Scans orders into system.
• Unloads and loads Outside Processing (OSP) freight.
