You will collaborate with production, customer service, and management to optimize processes, manage costs, and ensure carrier compliance. Strong leadership and logistics expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required; supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management and shipping software.
• Knowledge of freight, LTL, and carrier coordination is a plus.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate and schedule outgoing shipments with carriers and customers.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counts as needed.
• Monitor shipping costs and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Lead, train, and support shipping and warehouse personnel.

Position Summary
