Job summary

Tanis Brush in Wisconsin is seeking a Shipping Technician to move products from our facility to customers worldwide. You'll perform shipping, receiving, and material handling with accuracy and a team-first mindset.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, basic math, and the reading of blueprints and specs. Forklift exposure and a Wisconsin license are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or material handling equipment experience is a plus.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license, or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate carrier and freight pickups.
• Verify order details, quantities, and product labeling before shipment.
• Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing freight.
• Operate warehouse and production equipment, including saws, drills, presses, and trimmers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Identify quality concerns and help resolve issues before products leave the facility.
• Contribute ideas that improve processes, efficiency, and overall operations.
• Provide support across departments as business needs evolve.
