Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate loading/unloading and warehouse activities.
• Ensure on-time delivery per schedule and maintain product integrity.
• Coordinate with shipping, drivers, and customers; monitor shipments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, DOT/CHP and union agreements.
• Develop talent and plan workforce within Shipping and Warehouse.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory accuracy and month-end counts.
• Cost-saving and expense reduction initiatives.
