Job summary

STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is seeking a Shipping Associate to manage timely packing and shipping of manufactured pieces. Under the Shipping Supervisor, you will ensure accuracy and compliance with customer and postal regulations for domestic and international shipments.

The role requires the ability to enter data into shipping systems, inspect packaging, and assist with label generation while maintaining safety and accuracy across daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Packages assemblies and inspects wrapping, parts, and containers for conformance to standards.
• Weighs packages and affixes postage stamps.
• Prepares product and packaging for shipping in compliance with regulations domestically and internationally.
• Navigates shipping websites to generate labels and track data.
• Accesses customer websites to provide up-to-date shipping data.
• Reviews questionable items with the company TCO.
• Sorts parcels for shipment by destination or other classification.
• Stands, walks, and uses hands; must lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
