Job summary

Riceland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Clerk for the Parboil Shipping department. You will work with ERP systems to manage pack orders and load reports for rice trucks and railcars.

Responsibilities include weighing trucks, issuing seals, scheduling appointments, pulling Bills of Lading, scanning paperwork into Laser Vault, and filling in for other Shipping Clerks as needed. A high school diploma is required, with 1–6 months related experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Works in ERP to manage packing orders for clean rice trucks and railcars.
• Prints load reports for all clean rice trucks and railcars.
• Issues seals for trucks and railcars.
• Schedules appointments for trucks.
• Weighs trucks in and out for bulk and bagged rice.
• Pulls Bills of Ladings for trucks and railcars.
• Scans paperwork into Laser Vault.
• Cleans according to Cleaning Schedules.
• Fills in for other Shipping Clerks when necessary.
• Prepares packing slips.
